SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the types of personal information collected, used, disclosed, and otherwise processed by Mundial Media Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") when you access or use the mundialmedia.com website and any subdomains or affiliated digital properties (collectively, the "Site").

This Policy applies to personal information collected directly by the Company through the Site in the ordinary course of operating our corporate website and business development activities. It does not govern the collection of personal information through third-party publisher websites upon which the Company's advertising technology, including Cadmus AI, is deployed. Data processing practices applicable to advertising services on publisher websites are governed by the Company's applicable data processing agreements and the privacy policies of the respective publisher websites.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please discontinue use of the Site.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with the Site, including when you:

• Submit an inquiry, contact form, or request for information;

• Apply for a job or submit a resume or professional credentials;

• Subscribe to marketing or editorial communications;

• Participate in surveys, promotions, or other interactive features; or

• Otherwise communicate with the Company by email, phone, or other means.

The categories of personal information you may provide include: name; email address; telephone number; postal address; employer and job title; professional background; and any other information you choose to include in your communications with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access and use the Site, certain information is collected automatically through log files, cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking technologies. This automatically collected information may include:

• Log information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed;

• Usage information, including clickstream data, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit;

• Device information, including device identifiers, mobile network information, and hardware model; and

• Location information inferred from your IP address.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including business partners, advertising networks, analytics providers, and data enrichment vendors. We may combine this information with data we collect directly from you to improve our services and communications.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Site, personalize your experience, and understand how users interact with our content. The types of cookies we use include:

•       Performance Cookies: Used to collect information about how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited most often, to improve the Site's functionality.

•       Analytics Cookies: Used in connection with third-party analytics providers, including Google Analytics, to collect and analyze aggregated data about Site usage.

•       Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver advertising on the Site or across the internet that may be relevant to your interests based on your browsing activity. The use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute “sharing” of personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). California residents have the right to opt out of such sharing. To exercise this right, you may: (i) enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser or device, which we will honor as a valid opt-out request; or (ii) submit a “Do Not Share My Personal Information” request by contacting us at privacy@mundialmedia.com with the subject line “CPRA Opt-Out — Do Not Share.” We will process your opt-out request within fifteen (15) business days.

•       Functionality Cookies: Used to remember your preferences and personalize your experience on the Site.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings or through opt-out mechanisms provided by third-party analytics and advertising providers. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. For more information about managing cookie preferences, please refer to your browser's help documentation.

For information on how to exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including through Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals and direct email requests, see the Advertising Cookies description above. The Company does not otherwise respond to browser-initiated “Do Not Track” signals, as no uniform standard for DNT has been adopted. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising through industry opt-out tools by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative at networkadvertising.org or the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info.

THIRD-PARTY ANALYTICS

We partner with third-party analytics providers, including Google Analytics, to collect, analyze, and report on information about the use of the Site. These providers may use cookies and other technologies to collect data about your use of the Site over time. You can opt out of Google Analytics by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We may also use other third-party analytics and data intelligence tools consistent with the purposes described in this Policy.

We use personal information collected through the Site for the following purposes:

LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where required by applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") for users located in the European Economic Area ("EEA") or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases for processing your personal information:

•       Contract Performance: Processing necessary to fulfill our obligations under a contract with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract;

•       Legitimate Interests: Processing for our legitimate business interests, including improving the Site and our services, communicating with you about services relevant to your interests, and protecting the Company against fraud and security threats, provided such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;

•       Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject; and

•       Consent: Processing based on your freely given, informed, and specific consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1 Subsidiaries and Affiliates

We may share personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates for purposes consistent with this Policy.

7.2 Service Providers

We may share personal information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data analytics, email delivery, customer support, and legal and accounting services. Such service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7.3 Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights

We may disclose personal information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to: (i) comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process; (ii) respond to lawful requests from public authorities, including law enforcement; (iii) enforce these Terms or this Policy; (iv) protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public; or (v) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

7.4 Business Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of the Company's assets, or similar corporate transaction, personal information held by the Company may be transferred to or acquired by a successor entity. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Site of any change in ownership or use of your personal information, and of any choices you may have regarding your personal information, in connection with such transaction.

7.5 With Your Consent

We may share your personal information with third parties where you have provided your express consent to such sharing.

ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGY AND DATA PROCESSING

The Company operates Cadmus AI, a contextual advertising platform that serves advertising on behalf of publisher and advertiser clients. When Cadmus AI technology is deployed on third-party publisher websites, data may be collected and processed for purposes of serving contextual and interest-based advertising. In such contexts, the Company acts as a data processor on behalf of its publisher clients, and the processing of end-user data is governed by: (a) the applicable publisher's privacy policy and consent mechanisms; and (b) any data processing agreement between the Company and the applicable publisher.

The Company participates in industry self-regulatory frameworks for digital advertising and endeavors to comply with applicable requirements of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Transparency and Consent Framework ("TCF") and other applicable standards. For information about how your data may be used for advertising purposes on a publisher website, please refer to the privacy policy of the applicable publisher.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

9.1 General Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

•       Access: The right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and, if so, to receive a copy of that information;

•       Correction: The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you;

•       Deletion: The right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions;

•       Restriction: The right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information under certain circumstances;

•       Portability: The right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible; and

•       Objection: The right to object to certain processing of your personal information, including processing for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us as set forth in Section 16 below. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request.

9.2 California Residents — CalOPPA, CCPA/CPRA, and Shine the Light

The Company is headquartered in California and complies with all applicable California privacy laws, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA"), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CCPA/CPRA"), and California Civil Code § 1798.83 ("Shine the Light").

CalOPPA Disclosures: Consistent with CalOPPA, this Policy is posted prominently on the Site and accessible via a link on the homepage. We collect personal information as described in Section 2. Registered users may review and update their information by contacting us at privacy@mundialmedia.com. As noted in Section 3, the Company honors Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) opt-out signals as required under CPRA. The Company does not otherwise respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals, as no uniform DNT standard has been adopted.

CCPA/CPRA Rights: California residents have the right to:

•       Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or share, including the categories of sources, business or commercial purposes, and third parties with whom it is shared;

•       Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;

•       Correct inaccurate personal information;

•       Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (note: we do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA);

•       Limit the Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: To the extent the Company collects Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) as defined under CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to direct us to limit its use and disclosure to purposes permitted under CCPA/CPRA. The categories of SPI we may collect include: (i) precise geolocation data (inferred from IP address); and (ii) to the extent applicable based on our multicultural audience segmentation, characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law, including racial or ethnic origin. We do not use or disclose SPI for purposes beyond those permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121. To submit a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” request, contact us at privacy@mundialmedia.com with the subject line “SPI Limit Request.” We will process your request within fifteen (15) business days; and

•       Non-discrimination: we will not deny, charge different prices for, or provide a different level of service based on your exercise of CCPA/CPRA rights.

To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us at privacy@mundialmedia.com or by mail at the address in Section 16. We will respond within 45 days as required by law, with up to a 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require written proof of authorization.

CPRA Category Disclosures. As required by CCPA/CPRA, the following table identifies the categories of personal information we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the business or commercial purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.

Category: Identifiers

Examples: Name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, device identifiers.

Sources: Directly from you; automatically via cookies and tracking technologies.

Purposes: Site operation; responding to inquiries; marketing communications; fraud detection; legal compliance.

Shared With: Service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery); affiliates; legal authorities where required.

Category: Professional and Employment Information

Examples: Employer name, job title, professional background, resume or credentials submitted via job applications.

Sources: Directly from you via contact forms, job applications, or email communications.

Category: Geolocation Data (Sensitive Personal Information)

Examples: Approximate location inferred from IP address.

Sources: Automatically collected via log files and network infrastructure.

Purposes: Site analytics; delivering regionally relevant content; fraud detection and security.

Shared With: Analytics providers; service providers. This is Sensitive Personal Information under CPRA. See the SPI Limit Request process in Section 9(B) above.

Category: Inferences Drawn from Personal Information

Examples: Audience segment attributes, interest profiles, and behavioral inferences derived from browsing activity and third-party data.

Sources: Derived from electronic network activity data; received from third-party data enrichment vendors and advertising networks.

Purposes: Personalizing user experience; interest-based advertising; platform analytics and improvement.

Shared With: Advertising networks and partners. This category may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA. See Section 3 for opt-out options.

We do not knowingly sell any of the above categories of personal information. Retention periods by category are as follows: Identifiers collected via contact forms and inquiries are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months following last interaction; Professional and Employment Information submitted in connection with job applications is retained for twelve (12) months following the close of the applicable recruitment process, or longer if the applicant is hired; Internet or Network Activity Information (including log files, cookies, and clickstream data) is retained for up to twenty-six (26) months; Geolocation Data inferred from IP address is retained for the same period as the associated log data, up to twenty-six (26) months; and Inferences derived from the foregoing are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months. All categories are retained for longer periods where required by applicable law, ongoing litigation hold obligations, or regulatory investigation.

Shine the Light: Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may request, once per calendar year, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. To make such a request, please contact us at privacy@mundialmedia.com with the subject line "Shine the Light Request."

9.3 Opt-Out of Marketing Communications

You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us directly at privacy@mundialmedia.com. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you non-promotional communications related to the Site or your business relationship with us.

INFORMATION STORAGE AND SECURITY

We employ reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, without limitation, access controls, encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols, and regular review of our security practices.

You should be aware, however, that no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods by category of personal information are disclosed in the CPRA Category Disclosures in Section 9(B). These periods represent our standard retention practice; we may retain information for longer periods where required by applicable law, a litigation hold, or regulatory investigation. When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without prior verifiable parental consent, except as permitted by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible to submit personal information to the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as promptly as possible. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND DATA TRANSFERS

The Site is controlled and operated by the Company from the State of California, United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country or jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

We may limit the Site's availability to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction at any time at our sole discretion.

AGGREGATE AND ANONYMIZED INFORMATION

We may compile, aggregate, and de-identify personal information such that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may use and disclose such aggregated or de-identified information for any lawful purpose, including without limitation for research, industry analysis, and improving our services and advertising platform. Such aggregated data is not subject to this Policy.

EXTERNAL LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that the Company does not own or control. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms of use, or content of any linked third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit before submitting personal information.

UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. We will post any changes to this Policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes to the way we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law, which may include notice by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modification to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
